Summit Investments of Pinedale Wyoming has acquired a half acre retail site adjacent to McDonalds on Uinta Drive in Green River and has started construction on a state-of-the-art automatic carwash. The carwash will include two self-service wash bays and 2 fully automatic wash lanes. Summit Investments has already developed 2 similar projects in Wyoming and is investing a total of $1.1 million in the project. The facility should be completed by spring 2005. Green River Futures worked closely with the developer, Mike Irwin of Summit Investments, throughout the feasibility and permitting stage of the project.
