PEG Development, a Provo, Utah based retail, office and residential developer has purchased 12 acres from the City of Green River for the development of about
100 residential units, called The Ridge. The project will be phased over the next three years and will consist of twin homes, townhomes, and flats offered for sale in the proposed sale range of between
