The 5.9 acre site and 52,000 s.f. Pamida building located on Bridger Drive in Green River were acquired as an investment by Sandale Properties of St. George, Utah in August. Sandale plans to make substantial improvements to the interior and exterior of the building during 2005. Pamida will remain as the primary tenant under a long-term lease. Sandale is working closely with Green River Futures to secure potential tenants for additional buildings to be constructed on the site. The developer has plans to add a 22,000 s.f. building between the existing Pamida store and Smith's Supermarket. There is also capacity to build a small restaurant or retail store on a retail pad along Bridger Drive in the front of the property. Futures provided technical assistance to Sandale during the due diligence associated with the acquisition and is assisting with the marketing.
