The H&R Block building located at 432 Uinta Drive in Green River will be demolished during the summer of 2005 and a new 5,000 s.f. multi-tenanted commercial building will be developed. H&R Block will anchor the building and 2-3 additional retail spaces will be available for lease. The building is being built and will be managed by Baker Investment Group of Spokane, Washington.
